I have never heard of a mobile home park that was going to be this nice. I feel like my family would be safe and really enjoy everything that it has to offer us.
This is exactly what Midland needs for their residents. We have so many families moving in this area for work but with no where to live other than putting yourself on many waitlist and will pay more for a small apartment than what it’s worth. This looks like it will be a beautiful park with all it’s aminities and a great place to raise your children.
As you know, Odessa/Midland has such limited housing, and what is available and also affordable for a family of 6, like mine, is either not spacious enough, or located in a neighborhood that most would feel very uncomfortable letting their children outside to play in. It is so refreshing, and extremely exciting to see such a community come about in this area, where the love and care of the management is obvious and apparent in the construction of the grounds. It seems like Stone Bridge is too good to be true, and I am thrilled that my family is being considered for a home in such a wonderful place! It will be a dream come true to be able to take my children outside to ride bikes and play and also feel safe! It is everything I have ever wanted for my young family, and I am thankful that someone is FINALLY making those dreams into a possible reality for us! The oilfield is and has been our livlihood, so relocating somewhere housing is more convienently priced and available has not been an option.. I am very excited for this December to roll around for my own family, and all the other families that have been in desperate need of good, clean, AFFORDABLE homes where we know our families will be safe<3 Thank you Stone Bridge Estates so much! This is something my small family and I desperately need. I grew up in the Midland/Odessa area, but moved away 13 years ago to California with my former husband and began a family. When that dream ended, my children and I moved back to Odessa, so I could raise my children in my hometown, instead of the craziness that was around us in California. At the moment, we are staying with my parents, but they have plans on moving to Eastern Texas in the spring, and it is hard to find a place to call home as a single mother to three boys in our current housing shortage. We would love to finally have a place, again, to call our own and that would be a safe neighborhood for my boys.

We’re excited to take on a new position in the Midland area, but being from Pittsburgh, our search for qualitly housing has not been easy. With an anticipated moveing date of Jan 1, 2013, it seems as though Stonebridge Estates is exactly what we’re looking for! I have lived in west Texas my entire life and want to stay here but the housing situation has gotten out of hand. I have currently been living at the same apts for the past 5 years and rent is just going up and up. I want something different for me and my family
I crave this estate because its a heaven sent deal! Housing is so hard to find these days!! I have a 2 in a half year old son who was 2 in a half months early and was only 2 pounds 2 ounces at birth… My need for a nice fresh clean start in a brand new house would be such a blessing! The creators of this marvelous idea are truelly great people! If I were to receive a home, of be sure to thank each person for all the hard work and effort that they put in! Hello, my husband and i are starting our own little family but weve struggled so much, my husband wasnt part of the oilfield when everything sky rocketed, and weve bounced between staying with my family and him having no family he has been trying to stay with friends, however the car some nights has been his home, and im staying with my great grand mother who wont let him stay there and it breaks my heart .. id be out there with him but with my 6 year old son and 6 months pregnant its kinda hard.. my husband has came across a great job and providing for us and making ends meet .. we would love to have a home we can all call home and bring our new son home to in march and a stable home for my 6 year old! Things are looking up for us with God by our side. Now maybe this can be the icing of the cake
and a chance for me to help my husband !
I moved to Midland two years ago. I left my family, friends and job to move out here so my children could be with their father. Their have been many struggles, emotionally as well as financially trying to make it work for me and my babies out here on my own. I have no regrets and love this city. I believe this is where God intended for us to be. I think that our time has come. I have a really great job now and our struggles are fewer, except for not having adequate housing for my children. My daughter and I are in a small apartment and my son lives with his dad. It is heartbreaking. My children need to be together and I need both my babies with me. My main struggle has been to find affordable housing. If it is God’s will…our wait is over.
I don’t know if this is the best answer but all I’m trying to do is to find a better place of living for my family.me, my wife, my daughter and finally bring my mother with us so she won’t be by herself alone at her house.
Hello. My husband worksin Eunice/midland on the railroad. We are trying to find a place to live down there, but it’s so hard to find a place that is even available, nice, spacious and affordable house to live in. Me and my kids currently live in northwest Indiana and so desperately want to live down there to be with him! The monthly payment is awesome! Stone bridge estates looks like a great community to bring kids up in and a great place to call home!!
. My father just retired from the Military and came back to Midland with my mother and they are in an apartment that things are falling apart. This would be a great place for my parents because they have sacrfice so much for our family and our country. I’m currently in the military and looking for a home in Midland and its been so hard. I want somewhere so my daughter and I can come home to our family just being able to relax. I would love to come back to Midland to a community like this to see my parents happy. I was searching to find information about Stone Bridge Estates In Midland, Tx for quite a while. After googleing it, finally I stumbled upon it on your site. I am so excited!
Going through a divorce. I went to college but was a homemaker for most of the last ten years. I grew up in Northern Cali and moved to Texas to find work. I finally landed my dream job at a great Restuarant in Odessa as a front of house mananger at Cork and Pig Tavern. My 4 kids are in California still with family. In order to get them back I need a nice safe home to take them to. It has been almost impossible to find that and I am supposed to start Feb 1st after training here in San Angelo. Along with my dream job this park I have read about and seen on the news and that has been discribed sounds like my dream place to live. Im 30 and a single mother of 4 very bright and loving kids that I need to bring home. If you could help I would be most grateful. Thanks Sheree Pollack
In Feb 2009 I injured my back and was living a normal everyday life and every since then we have struggle we had my first son that same month. In July 09 I had a lumbar fusion which kept me from returning to work. We tried to modify our home mortgage without success. March of 2011 we filed bankruptcy and have since then lost every thing. In Dec 2010 we were blessed with a set of twins. In May 2012 I was in hope to have the hardware removed from my back and return to work but when the surgeon went back in he found I had a failed fusion which he was unable to remove the hardware and had to put more in and refuse it again. My wife has been so strong working to support the family without much time to enjoy raising our children. Wednesday the ninth day of this new year I return to surgeon to see if this fusion has took so to schedule another hardware removal so that in a year I will be able to return to work. I am not asking for a handout but I have helped people in the past and now that I am down there has been little help for us every door we knock at slams in our face. We try hard to do the right but the right thing doesn’t always happen but despite all that we still have more love in this family than most in this situation would. Even off not considered for this blog we still hope to be considered for one of these home as I would like for our children to go to the same school from start to finish. This truely is a blessing! I am a single parent of three and since living here I have not been able to find a place big enough for all of us to live together. I have had to have my children sharing time for a bedroom for the last year while the other stays at my moms on and off so as to have a bedroom!! My current lease is up in June and I do have to say I was starting to get really down about the whole housing situation in Midland while looking for another place to live. The timing is perfect, the price, location and ameneties are perfect! I am very excited to be able to be able to have my family back together under one roof again!! I cant wait!

We have always wanted to own our own home, but always thought it would be way too expensive. I love the look of the inside of new manufactured homes and we are so excited to be able to own a 4Bd/2Ba for less than $1800 and all the amenities are included! All we can say is wow! My kids will love the pool! Husband will love the grill and the basketball court and I will love the safety of living in a gated community with security! That has always been my ultimate dream! I never thought I would find it in Midland, but the location of Stone Bridge couldn’t be better!
This place is amazing! Everything in Odessa is expensive and so not worth what we pay! I used to not give a darn where I lived or the condition of my home but now I have a family! I want my 2 year old to feel safe and have a place that I do not have to worry about the people that used to live in the home before us. I am so tired of everything breaking down in the townhomes we live in now and no one ever fixing it on time! Our thermostat is just the recent problem and its cold! I am tired of having my daughter in these conditions! I want a HOME for her not just a place to sleep! We are planning another baby soon and a two bedroom townhome may be able to handle my husband, myself and 2 kids but I want the absolute best for my babies! They deserve the world! I hope yall seriously consider us! But if not I wish the best to the families that do get the opportunity to live in these amazing homes!
My husband and I have spent all our adult lives serving others and serving God wherever he would have us go. (Youth Ministry, Preaching, Missionaries and Chaplaincy for Hospice) This kind of work doesn’t pay a lot here on earth but the benefits in Heaven will be amazing. We have three kids who are 15, 16 and 17 whom we have towed all over the world with us to be where we felt like God was calling us to be. We really need a place like this and the looks of Stone Bridge Estate are AMAZING !! This would totally be a huge blessing in our lives. Consider us!!

I am a single mom looking for a great/safe place for my two children and myself. We have been living with my mother & stepfather in a three bedroom house for almost 2 years now. My 13 year old son has a room he shares with my nephew when he is there and my 8 year old daughter and I share a room along with my niece when she is there. I would love nothing more than to give my daughter and son their own space and make it their own. It has been a long hard road getting to where we are right now, but all we can do is take it day by day. Anything you could do would be GREATLY appreciated.
I have lived in Midland all my life and last year married the man of my dreams, we have 3 children that live with us and Im excited about this because right now my family and I are in a 3 bd town house that we pay a butt load of money for and nothing gets fixed when we call, my kids are growing and need to be able to run around outside and play in their own yard, as of right now my kids are in doors all the time because I dont feel comfortable for them to go outside and play, Stone bridge estates is exactly what my family needs, so I can be at ease for my kids to go outside, and I can take a stroll every once in awhile and feel safe doing so, my husband would love the grills and such and my kids and I would spend lots of time at the pool.
